At Lion & Sun, we aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 standard business operations unless they are on pre-order in which case it can take up 7 to 10 working days. Please note that weekends and bank holidays are excluded.

48 Hour Tracked (via Royal Mail) - Europe:
4โ6 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) - International (USA, Canada, Australia & others):
6โ8 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail, and all orders include tracking.
Shipping Disclaimer
While we always dispatch orders on time, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Weather disruptions
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Customs processing
- Global events or regional disruptions
Lion & Sun is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.
Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 25 working days from the date of dispatch, it may be considered lost.
Once confirmed as lost by Royal Mail:
- You will be eligible for a replacement or full refund
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons:
- Hats are non-returnable if worn or used
- Only unused items will be accepted
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If you require a different item, please place a new order.
Product Disclaimer
Due to the nature of embroidery, slight variations or minor imperfections may be visible when viewed up close. This is a normal part of the manufacturing process and not considered a defect.
Additionally, product images are taken under professional lighting conditions to highlight details and finishes. As a result, colors โ especially metallic or shiny elements such as gold โ may appear slightly different in person depending on lighting, environment, and screen settings.
These variations are normal and do not indicate a fault with the product.
